Return Policy
We stand behind our products. More importantly, we stand behind you. ARYSE offers free returns and exchanges up to 30 days from the date of purchase (excluding international orders). To begin a return or exchange, use the form below.
Exchanges: If you need to exchange your current product for a different size or color, or wish to switch to another one of our products, you will need to return your current product for a refund and place a new order.
Singles & Pairs: Unfortunately, we do not allow returns of a single unit for products purchased in pairs. To return a single unit, return the pair entirely and place a new order for a single unit. We highly recommend buying in pairs where applicable, because we believe that is best for the health of your joints.
Because our exo-performance products are dynamic, designed to work with your body and move the way you move, they are more effective and will need to be replaced more often than a traditional, static brace. How long our products last will depend on how hard you go. A young athlete may be able to get several seasons out of a product, while an athlete at the top of his or her game may be replacing them before the end of a season.
If any ARYSE product has a defect in material or workmanship within six months of the purchase date, please email photos of your product to ARYSE at Arysemc@elemerce.com for assistance. Please include your order number in the subject line for the fastest return or exchange process. If a return label is issued, it will be sent to you via email. When returning, please include the packing slip with the product in resale condition and original packaging. Returns and exchanges will be refunded within 48 business hours of arrival to our warehouse.
Please call your supplier with any questions unrelated to the warranty. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or to defects resulting from any customer actions, such as mishandling, operation outside of design limits, misapplication, improper repair, or unauthorized modification. No other warranties are expressed or implied.
